Updated 12 October 2026.
These notices are being finalised: the data controller’s legal name and address, and information about email service providers, must be confirmed before public launch.
1. Who to contact
The contact for the Every Queen Dance project is contact@everyqueendance.com. The data controller’s legal identity and address still need to be provided; the project name does not identify a legal entity.
2. Form information
The form uses your email address, subject and message, and your name or nickname if you choose to provide it. Fields marked with an asterisk are required to prepare the email and enable a reply. Without them, the email cannot be prepared. No phone number, date of birth or information about your gender identity, sexual orientation or health is requested. Please do not include sensitive personal data in your message.
3. How sending works
The message is prepared and copied in your browser. The website does not receive the form content, save it in a database or send emails automatically. The button opens a draft in your email app. The team receives the message only if you send it from that app. The copy button places the text on your device’s clipboard at your request.
4. Proposed purpose and legal basis
Received messages are used only to reply to questions and collaboration proposals. The proposed legal basis for this process is consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a), expressed through the unchecked checkbox. You can withdraw consent by writing to the contact above; this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal. This form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorise marketing.
5. Recipients and retention
The intended recipients are authorised EQD team members handling enquiries and providers necessary for email services. The proposed retention period for contact messages is 12 months after the last exchange, followed by deletion, unless legal obligations or a dispute require retention. This policy must be confirmed and applied in the team’s mailbox: the website cannot delete received emails.
6. Your rights
Contact us about your personal data ↗
Subject to GDPR conditions, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability where applicable, and withdraw consent. Email contact@everyqueendance.com. Identity verification should only be requested where reasonable doubt exists. The usual response deadline is one month, with extensions possible under GDPR conditions. You can also lodge a complaint with the French CNIL or your competent supervisory authority.
7. Hosting, email and transfers
The website is hosted with ChatGPT Sites. The hosting provider and your email provider may process technical data needed to operate and secure their services. Providers’ legal identities, processing locations, technical log retention periods and any safeguards for transfers outside the European Economic Area still need to be documented. No guarantee of an absence of international transfers is made at this stage.
8. Cookies and external links
The website code adds no advertising cookies, analytics tools, social pixels or local storage. Hosting and access controls may use the platform’s own technical mechanisms. No YouTube, Instagram or TikTok player is embedded. Music links open Apple Music or Spotify only when clicked, after which the selected service’s privacy policy applies. Instagram and TikTok accounts have not yet been created: their buttons display information without taking you to an external platform.
Next-event email signup
The next-date signup stores your email address, language, and the date and version of your consent. These details are used only to email you the announcement of the next EQD event, based on consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a). Consent is optional for browsing but required to sign up. Email addresses are not displayed publicly; only authorised organisers can access subscriptions. No general newsletter or third-party marketing is included.
The intended retention is until the next-date announcement plus 30 days, with a maximum of 12 months from signup. Expired records are removed when new signups are submitted. Data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database linked to ChatGPT Sites; provider and transfer safeguards must still be documented in the final notices. Withdraw consent using the unsubscribe link shown after signup, or email contact@everyqueendance.com.
9. Images
The London House visual depicts a fictional scene. The ballroom photograph is credited to Anja Matthes and comes from the project dossier. Attribution does not replace permission to use an image; rights must be confirmed before public release.
